The 21 Day Fast Diet :: giveaway

Endorphins. That’s what this giveaway’s about …

It’s all about the very thing that creates those feel-good chemicals that stampede through your brain wild and free like a herd of happy mustangs.

Think exercise.*  Think chocolate (just One Bite please) **  Think both.

Because that’s what you get if you are one of THREE lucky winners! :)

The winners will receive a free download of our brand new book: The 21 Day Fast Diet and one full month of customized workouts/training online from Tatum Maguire, of Total Mommy Fitness.* (That’s a $55 value!)

A little background on why I wrote the book.  A couple reasons. But mainly , because ~ confession ~  I was just pounds away from my tip top pregnancy weight. And that’s when I realized, I needed help because I had a Strong Willed Appetite. Do you have a SWA too? Take the quiz and find out …

The 21 Day Fast Diet is simple, effective, family friendly, and fast.

  • Four 5 day fasts designed to reset your palate and decrease ‘trigger’ food cravings.
  • Each day, enjoy One Bite … a tiny cheat designed to keep you from feeling deprived (that’s where you get that One Bite of chocolate! **).
  • After 21 days, you’ll have a better understanding of real hunger vs. a strong willed appetite and be better equipped to choose healthier foods for you and your family.

To enter the drawing to win a download of the book and a month of oh-so-fabulous personal training with Tatum, tell me what is the one food that your SWA just loves? The food you don’t think you could take just One Bite of (but once you master your SWA, you really can!) …

Just comment below ~ and you are entered to win! Want another chance? Like our FB page, then stop back and say so, and you’ve got a second chance to win.

And don’t forget to stop by Nesting Place where this giveaway is being featured. She’s got loads of other giveaways going on! And you can enter as many as you like!!

Carbs, sweets, cheese…wine. I’m a vegetarian so I do eat healthy for the most part, but at those times when I’m baking for my girls’ bake sales, birthdays etc. Plus there’s periomenopause that’s keeping things around the middle and making it very VERY difficult to get rid of the tummy. Vicious cycle – pun intended.

Thanks for the opportunity to win the book! Liked your FB page as well!

Carbs and sugar, sugar and carbs, oh and wine. Otherwise I eat healthy! I’m a vegetarian, so normally I eat healthy, it’s just those times when I’m baking for the kids for bake sales, birthdays, etc. then…
I”ve actually been told I don’t eat enough which is why the scale won’t budge, but I don’t know how much I believe that. I’m heading into menopause and fighting to keep the weight off my middle, it’s really depressing. Hence the wine! :) Vicious cycle – pun intended.

Thanks for the chance to win a copy of the book!!
