I never met these cookies until 20-something Amy Barnes came over. Amy is a friend of our family. We call her Barnesie.

Barnesie learned to make herself at home in our home after she vacationed with us this summer. Now, Barnsie has a key. She let’s herself in the house to study or rest or make cookies. I never had a problem with any of it until she made these cookies. Gracious. Makes me want to pound my hands on my head and say, “Oh-my-gosh!”

Because these cookies … they’re addictive.

Ritz cracker + peanut butter + chocolate = mmmmmmmmm.

Ritz Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

1 box wheat Ritz crackers
1 small jar of creamy peanut butter
1 pkg. chocolate bark, melted

Put a small amount of peanut butter between 2 Ritz crackers. Dip sandwich in chocolate. Set on wax paper and allow to harden.
